What is the difference between a line and a number ?

A line is associated with a package, it allows it to receive and make phone calls. It is not the same case as a number which is called also ”Alias”. It can redirect the incoming calls to one or many lines.

I have lost my password, how should I proceed ?

You log in the Amaboo website then you click on the link ”I forget my password”. An automatic email will be sent to you so you can accept the change of your password.

WHat should I do if my bank details change ?

All you need is to inform us by email, so that a new form will be filled out.

If I forget to pay my bill, what will happen ?

Your line will not be able to effect outgoing calls for 48 hours, if you exceed this delay and we are not receiving your payment your line will be suspended for 72 hours. After that, it will be canceled with the number that we have assigned to you.

Can we call destinations that are not included in the package ?

No, Amaboo gives you only the opportunity to cal the destinations included in the package of your subscription. This is a non-modular offer.

In how long a VOIP line could be activated ?

As soon as you register and valid your subscription your line will be created from 4 to 24 hours then you will receive your ID’s details by email. The lead time to receive your phone is from 48 to 72 hours you will be delivered by a transporter.
The phone sets are pre- configured with the VOIP AMABOO Line.
